AtWork! is currently seeking a Director of Development to join our leadership team. This individual is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all company fundraising activities, branding, marketing, communications and public relations.  The ideal candidate is a natural networker with an already estalished set of diverse community connections  who  thrives on building donor relations that lead to continuous increases in contributions. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Development is  an ambassador for AtWork!’s mission and represents our company with true professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all fundraising activities including annual campaigns, grant writing, major gifts, planned giving and corporate solicitations.
  • Plan, organize and execute fundraising events and special projects.
  • Manage and implement capitol campaigns.
  • Manage company branding and advertising.
  • Oversee all public relations and media communications.
  • Develop and implement major donor cultivation program.
  • Maintain fundraising data bases. Manage AtWork!'s social media including internal and external communications, internet presence and community marketing.
  • Assist the CEO with Board development.
