Together, we're changing the face of employment. We're your disability support specialists. Here to guide and support your journey.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to be involved, contributing, and thriving members of their communities.
AtWork! is a nonprofit supported employment agency dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to thrive in their communities and careers. Since 1962, we’ve championed supported employment, and advocated for equal rights, access, and opportunities at all levels of government. We’re passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, building connections, and creating meaningful employment opportunities for the people we serve.
AtWork! connects individuals with I/DD to inclusive employment, training programs like School-to-Work, and meaningful community involvement. Our mission is built on equity, empowerment, and belonging. Whether you’re an individual with I/DD seeking support or a business looking to embrace inclusive hiring, AtWork! is here to help guide and support your journey.
