
First, we work with employers to build inclusivity in their workforce, then provide all the coaching needed (at no cost to the business) for the new employee(s) and company. We find highly capable workers for open positions or create a role best fitting one of our job seekers, to benefit both the business and the employee. Businesses can benefit by becoming more innovative and productive while yielding positive publicity for their inclusive impact on the local community.
Our goal is to break down the barriers of our society, promote equitable public policy, and prove by our success that citizens with disabilities do deserve equal rights, equal pay, equal access, and true equal opportunity. Simply put, people with disabilities are an integral part of our society, our businesses, and our lives.
