Thanks to a connection through our local community center, we were introduced to Greenworks of Washington—a septic inspection, repair, and maintenance company serving counties across Western Washington. Their team didn’t just see a set of limitations—they saw potential. Together, we crafted a role that worked within Brandon’s needs and aligned with his strengths.

Now, Brandon works one two-hour shift each week—and he loves it. He’s in charge of keeping the Greenworks office clean and tidy. When he received his first paycheck from the owner, it was more than just a financial transaction. It was a moment of joy, independence, and self-worth.
