  • Current: Hired an Equity Consultant to do an organization-wide survey and two staff trainings, the creation of the EDIA Council, the Equity and Diversity Declaration, our participation in three community events, the creation of company-wide learning through related materials and books, and created a budget to fund the continuation of this work.
  • Up Next: Completing our Land Acknowledgements, document translation for service documents, participation in community events in each county we serve, Staff Cultural Competency Training, and the creation of an EDIA Resource Library.
