Northwest Newsradio Reporter

Marina has been a disk jockey, morning show co-host, news anchor, reporter and even made a former U.S. President laugh. She is currently afternoon drive Traffic Reporter for Northwest Newsradio, as well as host of Lifebeat segments (health-related reports). She rides her motorcycle every chance she gets, is a runner, hiker, mountain climber, loves to travel, cook, and enjoys wine and beer tasting, and loves the Seahawks. Marina is also a breast cancer survivor. Ironically, she found out about her breast cancer 10 days after standing on the summit of Mt. Rainier for the Climb to Fight Cancer in July of 2019.

An older white man with a gray shirt smiling at the camera. "Gregg Hersholt" Northwest Newsradio logo.

Northwest Newsradio Anchor, Morning News Weekdays 5-9am

For more than 30 years, Gregg has been a familiar voice to Seattle radio listeners, most notably at KIRO Radio where he hosted Seattle’s top-rated morning new show for a decade. Before that he was news director at KVI and KJR. Gregg is an award-winning journalist but prefers to see himself as a story-teller. People still remember the morning of 9-11 when he guided them through those awful developments as they happened. He’s a Gonzaga alum, so expect to hear some occasional crowning about the Zags. Gregg sums it up this way: “I’m thrilled to join the best radio news team in the Northwest and to work with Manda Factor.”
