COMMUNITY INCLUSION SPECIALIST (FULL TIME)

AtWork! is seeking a full time Community Inclusion Specialist. This role assists in helping individuals with disabilities connect to their communities through various events, activities, volunteer work, and outings within the community. This position focuses on senior citizens with developmental disabilities and creating opportunities for them to enjoy their retired years through community involvement. This position assesses skills and interests for persons on their caseload, develops and implements service plans, develops leads and contacts within the community, and secures activities that enrich the lives of each individual. COMPENSATION:
$16.00 - $17.00 Per Hour to Start
FULL TIME
40 Hours, Non-exempt
LOCATION:
King County

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

> High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred but not required.
> One (1) year experience working with people with disabilities is a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

> Valid Driver's License
> Good driving record
> Proof of liability insurance
> Must have reliable vehicle to travel in the King County area
> First Aid & CPR Certification is a plus
