Welcome to AtWork!'s Community Inclusion Services!

At AtWork!, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to actively participate in and contribute to their community. Our Community Inclusion Services are designed to promote social connectedness, independence, and meaningful engagement for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have the support they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Participants in our programs experience a myriad of benefits, including an enhanced ability to choose their friends and activities, leading to a sense of empowerment and independence. They gain awareness and access to various community resources, from transportation options to recreational activities, fostering greater inclusion. Moreover, participants have opportunities to contribute to their communities, boosting their self-esteem and pride. They develop relationships with diverse individuals and receive guidance to build natural supports, reducing reliance on paid companions. Our programs provide support for participants to explore their preferences, interests, and potential, leading to personal growth and fulfillment.

What Can You Expect?

We meet with participants to build service plans and discover their passions. Participants choose their activities according to what you/they want to do, and we provide the empowerment to make it happen.

  • An individualized approach with person-centered planning. What do you want to do?

  • Local, community-based activities and engagement opportunities.

  • Discover a social group that includes and celebrates YOU!

What is Success?

Our success is measured by yours. You’re an individual, and your pathway to community connection should be as unique as you are.

Participants have a dedicated team that will regularly check in with you/your participant throughout your services to ensure successful connections and to provide support should participants want to try something different.

You define our success.
