ASSISTANT LANDSCAPING OPERATIONS MANAGER (Full Time)

JOB DESCRIPTION

AtWork! Commercial Enterprises (ACE) is seeking an Assistant Landscaping Operations Manager to join their team. This key leadership role is responsible for assisting the Business Development Manager in achieving profitability and maximizing productivity while ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Landscaping Operations Manager assists with directing and supporting landscaping staff.

A successful Assistant Landscaping Operations Manager has the ability to provide effective management and employee supervision, as well as show leadership by example. They also are proficient in landscape maintenance skills, has the ability to operate a wide range of landscape maintenance equipment, and knowledgeable of industry standards and best practices.

COMPENSATION:

$52,000 – $55,000 per year

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

High School Diploma and technical training in a related field required. Post-secondary education preferred.

Three years of supervisory experience in the industry managing crews required. Five years supervisory experience preferred.

Strong track record of success in managing commercial contracts.

Bilingual; Spanish speaking is a plus.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Washington State Driver’s License.

Clear driving record.

Must be 25 years of age to operate company vehicles.

Must be bondable by insurance carriers.

Current first aid and CPR certification.

Pesticide applicators license required, or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
