LANDSCAPING CREW SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated individual to become the Landscaping Crew Supervisor of our ACE Landscaping team. A wholly owned subsidiary of AtWork!. The ideal candidate will take a sense of ownership of their work and responsibilities, as they are responsible for leading a landscaping maintenance crew of up to four (4) people.

This position works in the field alongside crew-members while providing job training and support to help all crew-members maintain a high productivity, safety, and independence. The Crew Supervisor is responsible for operation of landscaping vehicles and coordination of workflow to guarantee timely and quality completion of work on customer contracts. Responsible for ensuring that client’s expectations for site maintenance and service are being met or exceeded by managing, coordination, and monitoring the performance of the maintenance crew(s) assigned.

COMPENSATION:

$17.00+ depending on experience (DOE).

POSITION TYPE:

Full time. Some flexible workdays.

Monday through Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm (Four, ten hour days).

LOCATION:

Issaquah, WA.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

High School Diploma or GED.

Post secondary education preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work outside up to ten (10) hours per day.

Lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.

Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Proof of vehicle liability insurance, be bondable by insurance providers.

Three (3) to five (5) years related crew supervisory experience preferred.
