Why Do We Succeed?

Because our success is measured by yours. You’re an individual. Your pathway to employment should be as unique as you are.

Our Mission Services

AtWork! has advocated for and created integrated employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities for 60 years. It is our mission to empower people to get good jobs, increase community connection, and successfully transition to life after high school.

We believe that people with disabilities are an integral part of our society, our businesses, and our lives. We believe that everyone has the capacity to work and that there is a place for a person with disabilities in every business in America. To support the people we serve to the best of our abilities, we focus our mission services in three fields:

Here at AtWork!, we understand that every person is different. It is our job to find and celebrate your unique talents that make you, you. We celebrate your skills and abilities and use them to help you find your career because our services are:
