Regional Director Of Mission Services - East Region

AtWork! is a nonprofit employment-services provider to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a full-time Regional Director of Mission Services – East Region to join our Spokane team. Regional Directors manage day-to-day operations of the Mission and ensure that quality and timely services are delivered with measurable outcomes. They effectively lead and manage their teams to ensure that strategic and financial objectives are met, whilst simultaneously overseeing responsibilities essential to the division’s infrastructure. Regional Directors work directly with the VP of Mission Services to ensure employment and community inclusion services are aligned with our commitments and goals. Regional Directors are essential leaders and mentors for division Program Managers, Employment Consultants, and Community Support Specialists who represent AtWork!.

Compelling Regional Director candidates will possess genuine interest and curiosity in our industry. They will additionally be active contributors and excellent communicators.

COMPENSATION:
$65,000 – $70,000 salary/year DOE

Greater Spokane County

Education & Experience Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in the field of Social Science, Human Services, Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management or other related field required.

– Master’s Degree (MA/MBA) in the field of Social Sciences, Human Services, Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management or other related field preferred.

– Three (3) years management level experience in service delivery in employment/training programs or services for people with barriers to employment required. Must include supervision of personnel.

– Five (5) years management level experience in service delivery in employment/training programs or services for people with barriers to employment preferred. Must include supervision of personnel.

Other Requirements

– Valid Washington State Driver’s License

– Good driving record

– Proof of liability insurance

– Ability to pass a background investigation

– First Aid & CPR Certification
