Greg Russell is a business transactional attorney at Peterson Russell Kelly. Prior to that he joined Williams Kastner & Gibbs out of law school in 1987. He was the managing partner of the Bellevue office when he left in 1996 to form Peterson Russell Kelly in Bellevue. With a broad-based corporate advisory and transactional background, Greg’s practice includes advising businesses and business owners concerning succession planning, shareholder and partner agreements, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate matters, and commercial finance.
Greg graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1984 with a bachelor of arts degree in economics. He graduated from the University of Washington law school in 1987.
He lives with his wife Tracey in Bellevue. They have three children, two boys who are out of college and live in Chicago and one daughter who is a junior at Seattle Prep.
Aside from practicing law and spending time with his family, Greg is passionate about volunteering in our community, and has served on several nonprofit boards, as well as a volunteer lawyer for the Eastside Legal Assistance Program since 1991.
