Wally is a recognized leader in the field of Supported Employment with over 20 years experience working with people with disabilities in various settings and with diverse populations. He is known as a strong collaborator and energetic leader among employment providers, and is a national speaker and trainer on numerous topics around supported employment and organizational development.
Wally currently serves as co-President of the Washington State Chapter for the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE), and was recently elected to the National Board of APSE.
